server disconnected

now server is online but i couldn't enter the game. i erased it and i download again but again same problem.

To many disconnects during the last days. Because one of this disconnects I lost an item at chaos machine. I got disconnected while the item was in chaos machine and after I reconnected, the item was disappeared. I am very disappointed... To many disconnects!
