Few questions about items

Hello,since i can't understand what others posting here,i dont know if there is already a post about my question so here is my own.

1. Is there any chance that wing 2.5 material drop by phoenix,death beam knight and hell maine ?

2. Is max socket slot just 1 or maybe selupan drop more socket slots item ?

3. I'm farming Lacleon for 2-3days and all i can see is materials for crafted weapons but no combination notes. Do they ever drop ?

I will add 2.5 wings items and combination notes in 1-2 days.
From selupan are dropping items with 1-3 sockets

Combination notes and 2.5 wings items are dropping.
