Game Master asking for items ?! Beggar....thirsty for objects (and accept the fact that he has a normal character asking for items from someone else's guild)

Is it okay "GM" to ask for items? there is no greater beggar than this !!!
It doesn't matter that you have a normal character, once you have chosen to be "GM" you have to behave as such !
Every time you run away with the excuse that you were with a hero who has no rights ...
Is there a way to learn how to communicate with players ?
