Can someone explain me how come some players have latest items which
you can get only with chaos+12 when those items have not even dropped yet.
If I understand correctly you can get the best items only by trading chaos+12 on website. So how come some players have items that are not showing on the website?

This player has 4 items FP+11+ref+rate even when only FP items with ref +rate taken from using chaos+12 are 2 FP pants.
The only answer here that comes to mind is someone traded him those items for example friend admin.
