AD help me? Why am I being block acc -

I do not understand why my acc Loner blocked while I usually hang acc. AD can explain to me the reason why acc Loner not blocked. I used to play when there is free time after work is completed to be able to play, go then I just take a couple of events and hunt boss, do not understand why it is blocked
I understood why blocked ^^ lost 330cre to unban: (((((
