I don't have enough lvl for Arena yet but as I see on this server compared to Hard, there's no hearts, medals, boxes.
The question is: Should I make a non exc item +9 to increase wings success rate or just add jewels individually in the combination ?
Or maybe collect items +3+option and add 1 bless on them and put as many as I find ? (because items +4 + options drop very rarely).
Or collect +4 and put life on them ? (Although I see that jwl of life is rare here).

What is the most cost effective of raising wings success rate combination ?

Also, unrelated, but where can I find Giant Bow non exc ?
