issue with SM Meteor Storm (skill for Ruud)

I add 10 points to MS skill tree for reading Meteor Storm skill (skill which sell for Ruud).
Skill was working successfully, but after next reset it was disappear.

I lost Ruud and skill.
Please fix this issue.
Skill should not disappear after reset.

I tried this and the skill got back to me after i added 1000 energy.
So it should be back in your skills.
