Again Brave Closes BC after 2 min. Does to rules still apply to people on this server?

We have added 6 new spots in stadium, which are in 1 place (good for BK and Elf)

Here are the spots and coordiantes:
Queen Rainer - 1 115
Mega Crust - 20 115
Iron Wheel - 40 115
Bloody Wolf - 89 108
Tantalos - 100 3
Alquamos - 7 74 (in cage)

Fixed scattered spot:
Tantalos - 47 82 (in cage)

* From now on you can close BC6 only if there are only 3 minutes left till the end.
* Week reward zen is raised
* The spawn with Bali and Soldiers is redused double
* Respawn Time of Mega Crust is raised from 5 sec. to 9 sec.
* Invasions are raised to 3 Golden Dragons

This rule has been on web since i started playing and Brave has been ignoring it all the time. will there be no action towards Brave as hes been ignoring the rules and keeps ignoring them.

Just to clarify Hes been closing BC 2Min after it started.

so where is Admin? GM's? why noone react properly?!
