Acc doesnt exist??

hi i play on server and got dc, after i cannot log into my acc, so i thought that is some bug or something. So i go to web to log in but ive got info that my account doesnt exist.. wtf? I made new acc with same log, mail and pw, so whats going on?? pls do something with this
