Game Launch Issue: Failed to load your data

Since ~30 mins ago I keep trying to connect to ay of my characters but keep getting this message instantly: http://i.imgur.com/MZZTZNK.jpg and get sent to the character selection screen after.

Tried reinstalling the game, didn't work.
