Ip banned

my IP is banned or what happen ? In website server is online.I have that patch for not be disconnect and i play normal .And when i select server look >> http://s27.postimg.org/kiq45jsvz/Scr...13_02_0000.jpg :hmm3:

but i am in game and i can play..and after i select server apear that problem ..something is wrong in CS ..i think i was banned IP with NO REASON :2058:
